Meet the POKIDDO family01What should I prepare before arrival?
Check the calendar and arrival instructions on your demo result. Leave time for check-in and the safety briefing. A ticket and a waiver are separate documents; follow the park’s instructions for both. The simulated voucher is not valid for entry; the waiver is a separate step.
02How do I get here and where can I park?
The address and parking shown here are fictional examples. Before a real visit, confirm directions, parking arrangements and any access needs with the selected park. No transport route or accessible facility is promised by this demo.
03Do companions and socks need a separate choice?
This ticket excludes companion admission and grip socks. Add socks in the demo selection if needed, then review the demo change and refund policy before payment. Ask the real park about companions and accepted socks.
04How do I plan for different ages or access needs?
Check each person’s activity conditions rather than choosing by the brand’s target age range. Tell the park about access or support needs before travelling so it can confirm the available arrangements.
PLAY WITH PEACE OF MIND
BIG ENERGY. REAL CARE.
Get ready before you start
Read the activity conditions and listen to the host’s instructions. Secure loose belongings and use the designated waiting area until it is your turn.
Make room for each other
Wait for the activity area to clear before entering. Keep your movement controlled, follow the marked route and take a break before you feel too tired.
A practical pause
Keep food and drinks out of activity areas, and use the park’s designated places for a drink or handwashing. Ask the team where to leave belongings.
Pause and get the team’s help
If someone is hurt, feels unwell or spots a problem, stop the activity and alert the on-site team. Follow its emergency and reporting instructions. For a concern after the visit, use the park’s approved contact route.
