Go big on play.Know every step.
Find the entry guidance and activity conditions for your park. A little planning helps you arrive ready to play.

Choose an activity that meets your entry conditions. Listen to the briefing, give other players room, and pause whenever you need help. The guidance below is a demo; the real park must approve its own rules and emergency procedures.
Get ready before you start
Read the activity conditions and listen to the host’s instructions. Secure loose belongings and use the designated waiting area until it is your turn.
Make room for each other
Wait for the activity area to clear before entering. Keep your movement controlled, follow the marked route and take a break before you feel too tired.
A practical pause
Keep food and drinks out of activity areas, and use the park’s designated places for a drink or handwashing. Ask the team where to leave belongings.
Pause and get the team’s help
If someone is hurt, feels unwell or spots a problem, stop the activity and alert the on-site team. Follow its emergency and reporting instructions. For a concern after the visit, use the park’s approved contact route.
